SWERK is perfect for ANY dance or fitness level. All routines are modifiable and the more classes you take, the more CONFIDENCE you will have! We want you to LOVE your booty and learn to shake it like it was made to be shaken!
A total body workout, combining all components of fitness: Cardio, muscle toning, balance, and flexibility! SWERK slims the waistline, tones the thighs, and tightens your core muscles with it's variety of choreography.
THE WHY

Each playlist is carefully chosen to include a variety of peaks of high cardio and lower rest periods, providing you with the best workout in the shortest span of time. Each SWERK class reaches an average of 6,000 steps taken and keeps you in your target "Fat Burn" heart rate zone, making it the best way to shed those unwanted extra pounds. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
