Jackie Rhodes Instructor Heyyyyy! My name is Jackie Rhodes. My full time job is saving lives behind the scenes as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Kettering Medical Center. I am a dog Mom to Nike and I work hard so that she can live a spoiled life. Starting at a young age I began playing traveling sports and was always at practice or a game every night. In college and after I was in and out of different gyms, but nothing ever felt right. Until I found SWERK in September of 2017. It was everything I never knew I needed. SWERK whipped me back into shape, gave me my confidence back, gave me happiness during a hard time, and was the best stress reliever. I was always having so much fun in class I never felt like I was truly working out yet those calories were burnin’ and the sweat was pouring. It beat the treadmill or boring gym equipment every time. I decided to treat myself to the best birthday present of my life of getting SWERK certified in March of 2019. I absolutely love the way being a SWERK instructor makes me feel. If you have ever been to my class you’ll see it in that smile that doesn’t leave my face the entire hour, or at least that’s what I’ve been told. The high energy, confidence, and the occasional goofy line/singing that comes out during a song gives me so much life, and I hope that it does the same for my clients. I became an instructor in order to give back to the clients in the same way my SWERK instructors gave to me when I needed it the most. In the small chance that I could possibly make my clients day better or give them something to look forward to each week makes all the countless hours of taking other swerk squad members classes or practicing in my basement learning new choreo from the portal worth it. I am so grateful I found SWERK when I did and taking the leap of faith in becoming an instructor. Best decision I have ever made. All for the SWEAT. WORK. TWERK.

Dani Ondreka Swerk Star | Instructor My name is Dani, and I've been a SWERK instructor since 2020! I grew up a ballet dancer, and spent most of my life studying classical formats of dance. After a car accident, lots of physical therapy, and a change in my outlook, I decided that the doctors were WRONG about me never dancing again. That's right about the time when SWERK came into my life! I was a #backrowbabe for so long, but the other instructors and clients around me boosted my confidence, and helped me to see I can do anything when I put my mind to it. Now I'm a #SWERKSTAR and I have been so blessed to lead classes across Ohio and the U.S.! Throw your "can'ts" away and step into the things you CAN. You're worth far too much not to.
